Silver Service Luxury
Frequently asked questions
What is Silver Service?
Silver Service is a refined style of table service traditionally associated with luxury hospitality, fine dining, private residences and yachts. It involves serving food and beverages with a high level of precision, elegance and attention to detail, while maintaining professional etiquette, discreet communication and exceptional guest care. At Blue Across, Silver Service goes beyond simply serving food. Students learn how to anticipate guests’ needs, manage the table professionally, maintain impeccable presentation and create a seamless luxury dining experience. Our training covers professional table setting, serving techniques, tray service, beverage service, clearing and resetting, guest interaction and the standards expected in luxury yachts, private residences, hotels, fine dining restaurants and exclusive events.
